M1) 2x:15 Snatch to Hip to Pull Under

M2) 10 Snatch Balance

MetCon 2-2-2-3 Minute Intervals

Each Interval Starts with 50 Double Unders + 10 Alternating DB Snatch

In remaining time, complete 80 Single Arm OHS as fast as possible 

Rest 1:00 Between Intervals

Workout is done when you finish 80 OHS

Scaled: 100 Single Unders / Bunny Hops

10 Snatches

Then 100 PVC OHS if you don't have the mobility to do single arm OHS
