THIS CYCLE’S THURSDAY WEIGHTLIFTING FOCUS
We’re doing a deep dive into snatch and overhead squats! So get ready to work on your movement patterns and mobility. And be prepared for servings of humble pie along the way!
OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING SMALL GROUP
Want more hands on coaching for your Snatch and Clean&Jerk outside of Thursday’s weightlifting class?
Coach AJ will be leading a Semi Private Small Group Program starting Wednesday September 25th!
We will run two weekly sessions (Wednesdays at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 11am). Small groups will be capped at 10 attendees so AJ can coach, critique, provide feedback, and video analysis for athletes!
