SUMMER SCHEDULE CHANGES

Here are two changes starting this week,

  1. Kids Class will be on Summer Break! We look forward to seeing your little ones back in action in September!

  2. Since we have two days of Olympic lifting in our new weekly programming (Tuesday snatch + Friday clean&jerk), Saturday will now offer 2 CrossFit classes (9am & 10am) instead of the weightlifting skill class. You’ll also notice increased complexity and movement variety in the Saturday classes to challenge you in new ways!

OPEN GYM IS FREE FOR ALL MEMBERS

We want you to have extra time to work on skills, lifting, and conditioning outside of class.

So remember to click the “Free” option when booking Open Gym to save your credits for Coach led classes!

NOTE ON CLASS TARDINESS

Please do your best to arrive to class on time. We know that work, life, parking, and public transportation can get in the way. But we cover a significant amount of information and movement in the first 5 minutes of class. And unlike many group fitness style classes, it is simply not safe for you to jump into workouts late without being briefed and properly warmed up.

If you arrive after the workout Briefing, you will be asked to do 10 burpees to “catch up” on the warmup and to get blood flowing to your entire body.

If you arrive after the Strength portion of class has started, you will be asked to ride the bike until that section is over. Remember we are doing complex movements that require proper warmup and technique work before starting. So for your own safety, you cannot just jump into lifting if you miss the warmup.

NOTE ON BOOKING CLASSES WITH WAITLIST

Please keep in mind that we cap classes to a level that is Safe and that creates an environment where the Coach is able to effectively lead, instruct, and manage all athletes in attendance.

Going forward, if you are on the Waitlist you are welcome to come and wait before class to see if anyone does not show up. But to maintain safety standards and an enjoyable class experience for all, you will NOT BE ADMITTED to class if all 20 athletes who booked before you are present.

Remember you can always book yourself up to a full week in advance of class to secure your spot!
