3) Kipping HSPU Practice


Dip Tempo = :04 top, :04 bottom

Pullup Tempo = :04 Top, :04 controlled descent

HSPU: beginner kip to pushup or just hold tripod position

Intermediate: HSPU on wall

Advanced: Freestanding HSPU
