Trish first joined us as a member in 2022. She went through the Assistant Coach Development Training program in 2023. And she has been a beacon of fun, party planning, and positivity in our community ever since!
Trish is moving closer to family in Indiana with her husband and two goldens. Wishing you the absolute best Trish! Thank you for everything you’ve done for our community!
Trish’s Farewell Workout will be this Friday 7.12.24 at 6:30pm with drinks to follow!

We do offer a Complimentary Private Session to all members who are interested in working with any of our coaches one on one.
