Our Finish 2024 Strong Cycle will start Monday November 4! So this week we're going to put the strength, skill and endurance you've built to the test with a week of competition style CrossFit workouts.

SCHEDULE CHANGES

Effective this week, we are shifting our Monday evening schedule to align with Tuesday and Wednesday!

And we are changing Saturday’s first hour to an open gym slot to allow weekend early birds to do your own thing and to improve the class experience for our partner workouts!

Remember Open Gym is FREE for all members and does NOT require use of a class credit!

And if you decide to work with your dietitian after the free consult, they accept most major insurances up to four sessions per month!

FREE INBODY SCAN

You’re also entitled to use our InBody Scanner in the lobby to monitor your body composition! For the most accurate results you should do the scan once every 6-10 weeks BEFORE working out (or on a day that you’re not working out at all) ideally with NO CAFFEINE in your system. The access code for our members is 2013.
