Athlete briefing will be at 9am tomorrow. I will cover movement Standards, lead everyone through a general warmup, and provide samples of BeetElite for folks to try.
Beth Conroy (sports acupuncturist) will also be around Saturday to work on folks after you exercise!


We have 8 concept 2 rowers so heats will be capped at 8 athletes. Remember you will need a peer judge to count your reps if you are registered for the Open. So pay it forward and judge someone after they’ve judged you!


If you are registered for the Open but can’t make it Saturday, you can do it during on Friday or Monday during the class MetCon. You can also do it Sunday during Open Gym!
