This is essentially just an EMOM. Each athlete responsible for 8 reps during the 8:00.
Athletes Alternate - A goes at 0:00, B goes :30, A goes 1:00, B goes 1:30, etc
Choose an agreed upon weight or have small change plates ready to go FAST
8:00-15:00
Build to Heavy By Feel. Athletes may choose different weights for attempts but still share one bar.
